We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bathroom Essence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- All parts, accessories and documentation must be included
Please note that you are responsible for the cost and safe carriage of returning unwanted items to us. We recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Returning Large or Bulky Items
If you need to return a large item such as a bath, shower enclosure or furniture unit, it must be returned in exactly the same condition and packaging as it was delivered.
Important: Please keep all original packaging until you are certain you want to keep the item. We cannot accept returns of bulky items without the original packaging.
Custom-Made Items
Some products are made to order or custom-built to your specifications, such as certain shower doors and enclosures. Unfortunately, custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Product pages will clearly indicate if an item is custom-made.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if something does arrive damaged or develops a fault, we want to know about it straight away.
Please report any damage or faults immediately by emailing us at support@bathroomessence.co.uk. Include your order number and photographs of the damage if possible.
For damaged or faulty items, we will:
- Arrange collection at no cost to you, or
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund
Faulty items reported after use may be handled as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
How to Start a Return
To arrange a return, please email us at support@bathroomessence.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We’ll respond within one working day with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed as soon as the item is received. Please allow a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
There are no restocking fees for standard returns.
