- Auto Capture – When it is important to focus only on cooking operations you can activate this function. The AUTO aspiration system adjusts automatically to the number and power of the used cooking zones.
- The special Bridge Zones can work both individually or combined for a more homogeneous cooking using both baking pans and large pots. Thanks to this technology it is the hob surface which adapts itself to the type of pots being used.
- Pan detection lets you know when a zone is on but not being used and automatically turns on a zone when it detects a pot.
- Regenerable ceramic filters – In the filtering version NikolaTesla is equipped with high performance ceramic filters which guarantee up to 80% filtering efficiency compared to a market average of 60%
- The filters are easily removable from the top and renewable for up to 5 Year thus having less impact on the environment
- Stop&Go – if you are interrupted whilst cooking for whatever reason then with just a single movement pressing the Stop&Go button you can switch off all the zones and walk away with complete confidence of safety. The hob will then remember your settings when you return.
