This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We’re Bathroom Essence, operated by Govni Ltd. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Details of what you ordered and when
• Any messages you send us

We also collect some data automatically when you browse our website:

This is collected through cookies and analytics tools to help us understand how people use the site.

We do not store your card details. Payments are handled securely by Opayo/Elavon. Your card information goes directly to them — we never see it.

That’s it. We don’t send marketing emails. We don’t build profiles to target you with ads.

• Opayo/Elavon — to process payments

Where service providers are outside the UK, we use approved safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption, secure servers, and physical safeguards at our Birmingham warehouse to protect your data.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

• Restrict or object to how we use your data
• Request your data in a portable format
